- Soft washing uses low pressure and a roof-safe biocide to kill moss, algae, and lichen at the root. Pressure washing strips granules off shingles and shortens roof life — we never pressure-wash a roof.
- How does the 3-year warranty work?
- If moss visibly returns within 3 years of our treatment, we come back and re-treat your roof at no cost. The warranty is included on every soft wash job.
